JOHAN VAN STADEN - DIRECTOR
With a distinguished career spanning over three decades, Johan strives to be the driving force behind our commitment to providing top-tier property management services where expertise meets excellence in the world of real estate and property management.
Credentials and Experience:
Johan brings a wealth of knowledge and qualifications to the table, including a B Comm in Accounts, B Proc, a Post-Graduate in Forensic Auditing, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, and a MBA. These educational achievements have been the foundation of his professional journey.
Over his extensive career, he held executive positions within the Professional Regulatory Environment, and had the privilege of being involved on numerous boards, including the Law Society, Legal Practice Council, Anti Money Laundering Council, and the Gauteng North Tennis Association Council. His involvement extended beyond these boards, as he actively contributed to various committees, such as Finance & Audit, Risk & Compliance, EXCO, Business Development, and the Financial Enforcement Forum. With this exposure and experience the critical importance of governance and compliance principles within the real estate environment is appreciated and him being able to guide all stakeholders on these imperatives.
Expertise in Trust Fund Management:
One of his notable roles involved serving as a curator for multiple businesses, where he managed trust funds exceeding a billion rand. This experience has provided him with invaluable insights into financial management and risk assessment, which he now applies to the real estate sector.

- B.Comm & SMP(MBA) - University of Free State
- Certified Financial Planner and fellow of FPI (Financial Planning Institute)

- Certified Principal of a registered estate agency – NQF 5 (Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate)
